Despite his new album TATTLE TALES being released Friday (September 4), Tekashi 6ix9ine still has the time to both promote the project and beef online with his numerous detractors.

Blueface, Lil Tjay, Smokepurpp and Quando Rondo are just some of the names who’ve had something unsavory to say about the colorful-haired rapper in recent days, prompting him to pull out all of their most recent first-week album sales in an effort to humble them all.

“Blueface 12k, Lil Tjay 17k, Smokepurp 5k, Quandorondo 3k,” 6ix9ine wrote with a skull emoji in the comments of an Akademiks post that highlighted Blueface’s criticism of his new “TUTU” video. “Can’t be me.”

6ix9ine also released the music video for TATTLE TALES single “TUTU” on Friday, which highlighted a flame thrower and Blac Chyna with sprinkles on her butt. Having never been a fan of 6ix9ine, Blueface was quick to hop in Akademiks’ comments and express his disdain for the record while also mentioning another one of the New Yorker’s enemies.

“This is terrible put Lil Durk on,” Blueface wrote with a laughing emoji.

Blue’s debut album Find The Beat arrived in March and only put up a dismal TK in sales its first week before fading off the charts completely.

As for Tjay, he entered the chat earlier in the week. On Sunday (August 30), Tjay co-signed an Instagram Story clip of Lil Durk claiming 6ix9ine’s camp offered him $3 million to keep their beef going, saying he too was offered the same deal.

“They did the same shit with me !!!!” Tjay wrote. “Fuck his money !”

Tjay’s 7-track EP State of Emergency sold 17k in its first week when it was released over quarantine in May. It’s to be noted an EP is quite different from an album and in comparison, Tjay’s debut album True 2 Myself sold 45,000 album-equivalent units in its first week in October 2019. It’s since been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America.

While Quando didn’t appear to directly comment on 6ix9ine, he’s been busy going back and forth with Akademiks over the sales of his new album, Diary Of A Lost Child. Data released Friday (September 4) shows only 3,500 in sales for the effort’s first week.

And as for Smokepurpp, his July album Florida Jit barely surpassed 4,700 units according to Nielsen Music data obtained by HipHopDX.

6ix9ine himself has been seeing shaky numbers since his prison release as well, however. While his Nicki Minaj-assisted “TROLLZ” entered the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 1 in June, the song plummeted to No. 34 in its second week, making for one of the worst declines in Hot 100 history. It spent two more weeks on the chart before falling off all together.

The initial sales of TATTLE TALES will arrive next week.
