The future doesn’t seem so bright after all. Tekashi 69’s latest project Dummy Boy was leaked late last week, when in reality, his team had postponed the release. Links to the Dummy Boy leak popped up on a variety of websites as well as streaming outlets such as Spinrilla. Youtube users also shared the songs, while trying to avoid copyright claims by altering the speed of the audio.

According to The Source, DUMMY BOY was made available for purchase through 6ix9ine’s official website for a brief period of time, before the sale was discontinued over the weekend. Supporters who paid the $6.99 and purchased Dummy Boy, ended up sharing the eight track EP, which gave others the opportunity to listen for free.

As of now, no comments have been made by Tekashi’s team, while he awaits trial behind bars.
