ScHoolboy Q is again. The TDE signee hasn’t launched a correct studio album since 2016’s Blank Face LP. Plans for a follow-up got here to a screeching halt when his buddy and collaborator Mac Miller out of the blue died from a drug overdose final September.

During a 2018 live performance, he informed the gang, “With my nigga gone proper now, I simply don’t really feel proper placing out an album. As y’all can inform, I’m not my actual self proper now. I shouldn’t even be right here proper now. But like I stated, my nigga Mac wouldn’t need me to be in the home unhappy.

“I’m simply not able to stroll into the radio station and the very first thing they ask me is ‘So Mac Miller…’ I’m not able to cope with these questions. I’m not able to put nothing out proper now. I’m sorry.”

But on Monday (March 11), Q returned with a Twitter announcement, revealing new music was positively on the way in which.

“2 extra days…..lastly,” he wrote.

The 32-year-old artist adopted up with an Instagram publish on Tuesday (March 12), which included a video clip titled “RANDOM HOURS WITH Q.”

As promised, ScHoolboy Q has delivered a brand new single referred to as “Numb Numb Juice” and his subsequent album can’t be too removed from seeing the sunshine of day.

With traces like, “Got my cash up, my bars up, quickly we discover ’em/We gon’ slide ’em, we lined ’em, straight reclined ’em,” it’s secure to say he’s in high kind.
