The song will appear in Grand Theft Auto Online‘s upcoming Cayo Perica Heist update.

MF DOOM and BADBADNOTGOOD are amongst the musicians contributing songs to an upcoming Grand Theft Auto Online expansion.

And while they’ll each have music featured on in-game stations from Flying Lotus and Giles Peterson, respectively, a new collaboration, “The Chocolate Conquistadors,” is also slated for a GTAO sequence. Released today, the song finds DOOM threading a sunny and upbeat funk-fueled vamp from the band with bilingual stream-of-mindfulness bars. And it’s a welcomed reunion of the rapper and band, following their previous collaboration on “Ray Gun,” a song from Sour Soul, the band’s 2015 joint album with Ghostface Killah.

Grand Theft Auto’s much-anticipated Cayo Perica Heist update is the latest build-out of a still-blooming multiplayer component of the wildly-successful 2013 video game. The expansion arrives on December 15th with new missions set on an island, along with three new radio stations; Kult FM, hosted by Julian Casablancas, Still Slipping Los Santos, hosted by Joy Orbison, and The Music Locker, named after a new club and virtual social space in the game that will feature rotating DJ sets from Moodymann, Keinemusik, Palms Trax, and others. Additionally, FlyLo and Peterson’s long-running stations are getting updated with new mixes. Peterson’s Worldwide FM will feature songs from Kamasi Washington, BBNG, Khruangbin, and more, while FlyLo FM will feature a guest host in Tierra Whack, as well as songs from DOOM, Madlib, and new material from the producer and namesake host himself.
