Los Angeles, CA – Mac Miller’s dad and mom are anticipated to attend the 61st Annual Grammy Awards in his honor, TMZ reviews. Sources near Miller’s household say his dad and mom Karen Meyer and Mark McCormick will attend the ceremony in case their late son wins a posthumous award for Best Rap Album.

The 26-year-old artist, who handed away final September from a drug overdose, earned his first-ever Grammy nomination for his Swimming album shortly after his demise.

Other artists nominated within the Best Rap Album class embody Cardi B (Invasion Of Privacy), Travis Scott (Astroworld), Nipsey Hussle (Victory Lap) and Pusha T (DAYTONA).

The Grammy Awards happen on February 10 on the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
