Los Angeles Clippers guard Lou Williams paid tribute to the late Kobe Bryant by releasing a new single titled “24.” Williams was a teammate of Bryant’s on the Los Angeles Lakers, playing with the former MVP during the final season of the basketball great’s NBA career.

“I just wanted to write an open letter to a dear friend of mine,” he told Complex, which premiered the track on Thursday (February 13).

Williams’ tribute was produced by Don Cannon and features additional vocals from Mitchelle’l and Landstrip Chip. The track will be available on his Syx Piece EP, which drops on Friday (February 14).
