New York rapper Lloyd Banks just dropped a shocker on the rap game. The hip-hop veteran has appeared to announce an unexpected retirement.

The Punchline King went to Twitter Friday (March 16) to seemingly bid farewell to his career as a rapper.

Last month, hip-hop producer AraabMuzik talked about how he learns when Banks raps on his instrumentals.

In January, G-Unit’s Young Buck saluted Banks’ recent freestyle releases.

A few nights prior, Lloyd released his latest freestyle, “Sugar Hill,” which pays homage to rap veteran AZ.
