Eve Jihan Jeffers-Cooper may be a familiar face for thousands of soccer moms across the country thanks to her seat at The Talk’s table, but real heads know she was a formidable presence in the Hip Hop game for many years.

Speaking of years, it’s been a whopping six since she’s released a new track but on Thursday (July 11) all that has changed with the release of the reggae-tinged “Reload,” featuring dancehall star Konshens.

The explosive track showcases the former Ruff Ryder’s veteran vocal presence — as she’s succeeded at island music in the past.

“I love reggae so much. I’ve been going to Jamaica since 1999 and anyone that knows me knows that you’ll find me in a corner with my reggae on, dancing,” Eve exclaimed press release.

“We wrote the line before [Konshens] was involved (‘fucking up my conscience/listening to Konshens’)” she admitted concluding with, “I’m just glad he was feeling it!”
