Chance The Rapper took the music trade by storm together with his mixtapes. Now, he’s lastly able to drop his debut album.

The Grammy-winning artist teased followers Twitter by hinting at a July launch date on Monday night time (February 11).

“July,” he wrote. “Owbum.”

On Tuesday (February 12), Chance hopped again on Twitter to inform followers about what they may count on from his debut. The Hip Hop star stated it wouldn’t rehash what he did on 2016’s Coloring Book and his breakthrough mixtape Acid Rap.

“This my 1st album so its actually good,” he wrote. “I bought actual well-known so I gotta lotta eyes on me that wasn’t followers of me they only followers of whats fashionable. My first album is for my followers.”

He added, “I’ll all the time be immensely pleased with what I did with Coloring Book. Same Drugs, Summer Friends and Juke Jam are some the realest songs I’ve ever written so u dont must defend Coloring Book to me. It occurred, it made historical past however I did it already. The album wont be acid rap both.”
