Azealia Banks is being sued by her former manager for what he says is extortion.

Jeff Kwatinetz has filed suit against the “212” rapper for reportedly threatening his life and his family and using her fans to help, TMZ reported Friday (September 25). In the suit he says the harassment has been happening for some time now, but it’s her recent mention of his family that has him taking action.

Banks was signed to Kwatinetz in 2014 according to the docs, but dropped the following year for her erratic behavior and her refusal to promote the album Kwatinetz was brought in for, Broke with Expensive Taste. He says she’s been on a rampage on social media since June, posting videos and pictures in front of his Los Angeles home in an effort to get back royalties she claims she’s owed. However, Kwatinetz says he’s not in the red with her at all.

He’s suing for unspecified damages and a restraining order to keep her away from him and his family.

Earlier in the week on Wednesday (September 24), Banks made headlines when she went off on Kanye West on Twitter for what she says is being a hypocrite.

“Now pay me for the yeezy modual kit I designed and the months of consultation that went with it, pay me for my work on skims, and pay matthew pasterisa for the stolen choreography fade video,” she tweeted. “Apologize for calling that black girl at your rally sistah souljah, apologize for calling your wife a whore, apologize for terrorizing north west with that abortion meltdown, apologize for sexually harassing taylor swift, congratulate teyana taylor on her new baby.”

She also called him out for his friendship with Elon Musk, but the tweets have all since been deleted.
