By all intents and purposes, 50 Cent’s life seems to revolve around Instagram trolling. But evidently, he does carve out some time to hop in the studio and make some actual music.

On Friday (May 31), the Power exec shared a photo of himself with prolific producer Scott Storch and said it was at Dr. Dre’s behest.

“Took time off bitch now we back to work @scottstorchofficial we got on with DR.Dre,” he wrote in the caption. “Dre said he love what I’m doing in TV, but he want me back in the studio.”

Storch is behind several of 50’s biggest hits such as “Candy Shop” and “Just A Lil Bit.” Their working relationship stretches back to at least 2005.

After struggling with drugs and money issues, the longtime beatmaker is clearly back at it. More recent collaborations include Russ, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Young Thug, Post Malone, Fat Joe, T.I. and Tekashi 6ix9ine.
