Bronx, NY – Four males have been arrested in connection to the homicide of DJ Khaled’s brother-in-law Jonathan Tuck.

According to the United States Department of Justice web site, Luis Semiday, Richard Jimenez, Kevin Cruz, Ira Lawson and Curtis Hines have been indicted on fees of theft conspiracy, theft and homicide via the usage of a firearm.

Tuck, the youthful brother of Khaled’s spouse Nicole Tuck, was killed within the Bronx final February. He was reportedly attempting to buy marijuana when he was shot within the face.

“As alleged within the Indictment, the defendants deliberate and carried out the violent armed theft of a marijuana vendor within the Bronx,” Manhattan U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman stated. “In the course of that theft, 25-year-old Jonathan Tuck was killed.

“Thanks to the extraordinary efforts of the NYPD and the Special Agents of our Office, 5 defendants now face fees for his or her function in these horrible crimes.”

NYPD Commissioner James P. O’Neil added, “We have zero tolerance for crime and violence of any form in our metropolis, and New Yorkers in each neighborhood should really feel protected on our streets. Today, these 5 males are appropriately being held accountable for his or her actions – which embody, tragically, ending one other man’s life.”

Jimenez, Cruz, Lawson and Hines had been arrested on Monday (October 29). Semiday stays at giant.
